Why we exist
Our Mission
At Devritti Yoga and Wellness, our mission is to empower individuals by guiding them back to their center through the transformative power of yoga and creative expression.
Our services are designed to help people RECONNECT with THEMSELVES and, in turn, with NATURE-
Fostering balance, harmony, and a deep sense of well-being.
We believe in keeping things simple yet deep and effective, making personal growth accessible and helping individuals cultivate independence in their journey toward true wellness.
Our Vision
We envision a world where yoga and creative expression are fundamental tools for unlocking human potential across all aspects of life. Our goal is to inspire individuals to become centered, grounded, and connected to the rhythm (Rta) of nature, ultimately leading to healthier societies.
By re-establishing a deeper connection with ourselves, we believe we can create individuals, leaders who embody mindfulness, unity, and holistic well-being, fostering environments where individuals work together rather than in opposition.
More Swastha (situated in themselves) humans in a society means transformation within societal structures.
Such as leadership, health, education, and everything, anything that nurture sustainability, empathy, and collaboration.
Devritti sees a strong connection between the following questions
What does true wellness (Swastha) mean?
True wellness, or Swastha, is not merely the absence of disease. It is a state of being rooted in one’s true nature — swa (self) and stha (situated). It is about how stable, steady, and equanimous we can remain amid life’s inevitable ups and downs. This inner balance is the foundation for living in alignment with Dharma and progressing through life’s stages with clarity and integrity.
Swastha is nurtured from the micro level (through individual practices, self-awareness, and self-regulation), but it is also influenced by the macro: the environment, society, and the larger cosmic forces. While some external circumstances are beyond our control, the essence of wellness lies in how we respond with steadiness, curiosity, and compassion.
How does individual Swastha reflect societal Swastha?
When individuals are grounded in their own and societal Dharma, clear in their purpose, and committed to self-growth, society as a whole begins to reflect that harmony. Just as the health of a forest depends on the wellbeing of each tree, societal Swastha arises from the collective balance and consciousness of its people.
A truly evolved society recognizes that the goal of human life is not mere survival or accumulation, but spiritual evolution — progressing through the four Purusharthas: Dharma (righteous living), Artha (meaningful prosperity), Kama (joyful living), and Moksha (liberation). When this understanding guides our systems and structures, we begin to create communities that support both individual and collective liberation, honoring each person’s journey across lifetimes.
How can Yoga and creative expression help uplift both individual and societal Swastha in sustainable ways?
Yoga is the path of union: body, mind, spirit, and the greater whole. Through yogic practices and creative expression, individuals reconnect with their true essence, dissolve inner fragmentation, and express their truth in authentic, life-affirming ways.
By nurturing presence, discernment, and a spirit of service (Seva), these practices build resilience and spark transformation not only on a personal level but also within the wider community. Creativity bridges the inner and outer worlds, allowing healing and insight to ripple outward.
Through our work, we aim to cultivate individuals who are rooted in Dharma, guided by clarity, and moved by the spirit of Seva. They contribute to a more conscious, compassionate, and liberated world — one where seekers, leaders, and changemakers support the journey toward liberation with wise solutions grounded in deeper values, not just material gains.
