Refunds and Cancellation policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days of the service date.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order or you may let us know of any other way by emailing us, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for refunds:

In order for the service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The services were purchased in the last 30 days

The following services cannot be refunded:

  • The design of services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of digital links, recording of our sessions or programs were already shared with you.

  • The programs/services already started after the booking time.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any service or digital products that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.

  • There was a technical or administrative error on our part.

  • Any other genuine concern directly caused by our team or process.


2. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of the service date or concern arising.

  • Provide your booking details and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Our team will assess the situation and respond within 2-5 business days.

3. Refund Terms

  • If your cancellation is approved due to a fault on our side, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule/rebook the service at no additional cost.
